ISLAMABAD – Iranian President Dr Hassan Rouhani on Friday arrived here on a two-day official visit, where he was accorded a warm welcome by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The Iranian President will hold talks with both President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday. Mamnoon will host a luncheon in his honour at the Presidency.
Rouhani is also scheduled to speak at a gathering of Pakistan’s prominent scholars and intellectuals on Saturday. He will also address a press conference before conclusion of his visit.
