KARACHI: The Chief Justice Sindh High Court Ahmed Ali Sheikh on Thursday constitu
ted a full bench to hear a set of petitions filed by different political parties and right groups against National Accountability Ordinance 1999 Sindh Repeal Act, 2017.

ted a three members bench hea
ded by himself, and comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice KK Agha.
The full bench will hear the petitions against the Anti-NAB law from August 22, 2017.
At a hearing of the petitions on Wednesday, a division bench of the court hea
ded by the CJ had d
irected the National Accountability Bureau to proceed with the inquiries and investigations pending before it till further orders.
The bench had also d
irected the accountability courts to cont
inue proceeding with the NAB references pending disposal before them.
The Muttahida Qaumi Qaumi Movement, the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional, the Pakistan Tehre
ek-i-Insaf as well as civil rights campaigners had filed the petitions in the SHC against the law.
